Honestly, I wouldn’t even give this location a 1 star. I sat there and waited for over 20 minutes to not even be acknowledged by any of the employees. I was the only one in the waiting area. There were 3 ladies on the floor, one left for the day, the other one went to the back & never came back out. The third one, continue to cut someone’s hair. A bunch of people started coming in, the 3 lady finished the haircut and cleaned up the hair on the floor. She came to the front counter and called a gentleman’s name. I said, hold on, I was next. She said, “No” he scheduled online. I told them, I’m leaving, I’ll just come back another day. I thought I was next since I was the only one there the whole time-considering, I have already been sitting there for now 30 minutes this guy walks in and gets to go in front of me... needless to say, I walked out and felt the need to tell my story. For corporate who may be reviewing this poor review, my suggestion would be to change Your policy and to acknowledge that some people choose to walk in for service and not do everything by the Internet. I will not be returning to this franchise, as I have now experienced the best service, appreciation, acknowledgment, Free BEER at Jeri’s Old School barbershop on Highway 78..Highly recommended
